Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in guest services is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to handle payments and balance cash/credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and collect payment per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues using ESA's Make it Right process and maintain service culture.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and adhere to safety procedures.
