Job summary

Extended Stay Hotels in Orlando seeks a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments. You will support breakfast service, maintain a clean lobby, and uphold safety procedures across the front desk area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficient in English and basic computer systems.
• Ability to process reservations and handle payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out, and collect payments.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process with professionalism.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Handle collection of in-house balances and maintain cash/credit card records.
• Set up, maintain, and take down breakfast as needed.
• Keep front desk, lobby, and common areas organized and clean.
• Suggest ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Collect guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards.
• Provide reasonable accommodations to guests when possible.
• Report safety and security issues promptly.
