Extended Stay America in Ocala is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments following company guidelines. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
• Experience using a property management system (PMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process with courtesy and respect.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per policy.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts for the property.
• Keep front desk, lobby, and public areas organized and clean.
