Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and answer phones.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues through the Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per company guidelines.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts accurately.
