Job summary

Extended Stay America in Orlando is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, process reservations, and manage check-ins/check-outs in accordance with company guidelines.

You will handle payments, maintain front desk areas, assist with breakfast setup as needed, and help resolve guest requests through Make It Right while following safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system (PMS).
• Ability to perform audit and generate routine reports.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and balances.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities for guest issues.
• Teamwork and service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and promote a positive guest experience.
• Answer phones, assist guests, and manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle payments and maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby areas.
• Assist with breakfast setup and breakdown as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns through the Make It Right process and escalate when necessary.
