Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver an exceptional guest experience at the front desk. You will check-in/check-out guests, process payments, answer inquiries, and assist with reservations while upholding ESA guidelines and safety standards.

You will maintain breakfast setup when required, handle cash and city ledger accounts, and ensure front desk areas stay clean and organized. Strong English communication and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and team.
• Experience operating a property management system.
• Commitment to safety and following company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payments.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests.
