Extended Stay America is hiring a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer calls, and process payments. You will maintain front desk areas, assist with breakfast displays, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.

The role includes resolving guest requests, upselling reservations, and maintaining daily front desk paperwork in line with ESA standards.

Formación

• Must be able to understand and communicate in English proficiently.
• Proficient operation of property management system technology and audit functions.
• Understand and comply with safety rules and operating procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math for transactions and reports.
• Apply good judgment in all situations.
• Resolve guest issues with courteous service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, collect payments.
• Process reservations and registrations per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and public spaces to standards.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Gather guest information for sales leads and follow up.
