Extended Stay America is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, answer phones, and process payments at the front desk. You will maintain a clean lobby, assist with breakfast display, and promote ESA services to maximize reservations while providing excellent service.

The role requires English proficiency, familiarity with front desk systems, and a customer-focused mindset.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Assist guests and answer phones; check-in/out; collect payment.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process with courtesy.
• Process reservations and maintain front desk paperwork.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area in compliance with standards.
• Upsell ESA services and gather guest information for sales leads.
