Job summary

Extended Stay America in Novi, MI is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, check in and out, and collect payments according to company guidelines. The role includes maintaining front desk paperwork and upholding safety and security procedures for guests and associates.

The GSR will resolve guest requests through ESA's Make it Right program, support breakfast service when needed, and maintain a clean lobby and work area while promoting the value of ESA to drive

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to interact with guests, process payments, and perform front desk duties in line with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates commitment to providing excellent guest experience.
Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments.
Process reservations and maintain front desk paperwork.
Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and public areas.
Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
Assist with daily duties and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
