Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer calls, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. The role also includes maintaining a clean lobby, assisting with breakfast setup, and promoting ESA services to convert inquiries into reservations.

The GSR must deliver excellent guest experience, work with integrity, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency with front desk operations and payment processing.
• Experience with safety rules and procedure manuals is preferred.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones, and check guests in/out.
• Process reservations and payments per company guidelines.
• Assist with breakfast setup and maintain lobby and front desk areas.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accuracy.
• Assist housekeeping as needed and adhere to safety policies.
