Qualifications

• Operate front desk systems and process registrations and payments.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and daily balancing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, answer phone inquiries, and check guests in/out.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures following procedures.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas in line with brand standards.
• Promote hotel services and upsell when appropriate.
• Complete daily front office paperwork and report incidents as needed.
• Assist with basic housekeeping and breakfast setup as needed.
