Extended Stay America is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines.

You will maintain front desk operations, process reservations, and promote ESA's services while ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming spaces across lobby and common areas. Weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Experience delivering front desk or hospitality customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, payments, and basic calculations accurately.
• Follows safety and security guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones, respond to requests, and upsell hotel services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash and city ledger balances.
• Keep front desk and lobby areas clean and organized.
