Job summary

Extended Stay America in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver friendly, seamless service at the front desk. You will check guests in/out, handle reservations and payments, and ensure daily front-office duties comply with company standards.

You will assist guests, answer phones, maintain cleanliness, and support breakfast setup while promoting ESA value and upselling opportunities. This role offers weekly pay and benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• English proficiency for guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones and manage front-desk communications.
• Process payments and daily cash handling.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger records.
• Set up and take down breakfast display.
• Keep front desk, lobby and public areas tidy and compliant with standards.
• Promote ESA to inquiries and convert to reservations.
• Gather guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards.
