Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services through in-store and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, contributing to performance, people, and process goals.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, inquiries, and sales while maintaining high guest satisfaction and store standards. Must adapt to a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with POS systems and sales, guest service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store's goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas; assist guests promptly and courteously.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Assist services team with booking systems, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Promote services and events; invite guests to try offerings with informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with managers and stylists to grow the business and guest experience.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies; ensure cleanliness of store areas.
