Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and by phone.
• Manage bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow, and suggest add‑on services.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with managers and stylists to grow the services business.
