Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon and spa services, and support the Experience Manager with bookings and guest interactions in-store and over the phone.

Responsibilities include processing sales, handling guest concerns, guiding service recommendations, and contributing to a seamless, exemplary guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, services booking system).
• Strong sales, product knowledge and service competency.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills; able to troubleshoot.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and over-the-phone.
• Assist with service bookings, guest records, and store traffic flow.
• Provide knowledgeable product and service recommendations to guests.
• Support promotions and events to drive service and retail sales.
• Maintain compliance with store policies and safety procedures.
• Attend trainings and contribute to a positive guest experience.
