Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and shift reports.
• Ability to perform routine reports and basic math for payments and reconciliations.
• Adhere to safety, security, and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with requests and answer phones promptly.
• Process reservations, check-ins/outs, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and common spaces in clean, organized condition.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations where possible.
