Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences across front desk operations. You will answer phones, manage reservations, check guests in and out, and collect payments according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient operation of the property management system technology.
• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and vendors.
• Apply good judgement at all times; resolve guest issues using Make it Right process.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Process reservations and takedown/ setup breakfast display as needed.
• Maintain front desk, lobby and common areas in compliance with standards.
• Sell ESA value to inquiries and convert to reservations and occupied rooms.
