Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. The role includes maintaining front desk operations, assisting with breakfast setup, and ensuring safe, clean, and organized public areas.

Responsibilities also include resolving guest requests, upselling reservations where appropriate, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to guest experience and service.
• Ability to process reservations, check-in/out, and collect payments.
• Proficient use of property management systems and front desk software.
• Ability to handle cash, credit, and city ledger accounts with accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and promote ESA brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and departures.
• Ensure safety procedures and company guidelines are followed at all times.
• Process payments and maintain accurate front desk records.
• Support breakfast setup and overall lobby and public area cleanliness.
