Job summary

Extended Stay America in the United States is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. This role requires maintaining a clean front desk area and managing daily front-office tasks with attention to safety policies.

You will handle reservations, registrations and departures while aiming to upsell and convert inquiries into bookings.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• GED or high school diploma with related experience or training.
• Ability to operate front-desk systems and perform daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out and collect payment.
• Maintain front desk and lobby areas in accordance with standards.
• Process reservations, registrations and departures per guidelines.
• Handle balances and city ledger accounts for the property.
• Ensure safety procedures and daily front-office paperwork are followed.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
