Extended Stay America in Madison, WI is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines.

You will handle reservations, process departures, maintain front desk organization, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed for all associates and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and associates.
• Must follow safety and security procedures and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process reservations and manage front desk daily paperwork.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Ensure front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues using Make it Right.
