Job summary

Hooters of America LLC is seeking a flexible Host/To-Go/Staff team member at our Katy location. You will greet guests, seat customers, take orders for to-go, and maintain cleanliness across Front of House areas.

The role requires a friendly personality, strong customer service, and a willingness to cross-train in multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate orders, promoting the brand, and delivering quick, courteous service while maintaining high sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 17/18 years of age or older.
• Customer Service skills.
• Basic Mathematical computations.

Responsibilities

• Guest Happiness: ensure Food & Beverage quality, speed of service, friendly and attentive service.
• Brand Operating Standards: welcoming, personal, courteous; uphold sanitation and food handling.
• Other: be aware of events and specials; maintain cleanliness of sell windows and wait stations; serve as store events spokesperson.
