Extended Stay America in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support guests, process check-ins/outs, and manage payments. You will also assist with breakfast setup and maintain lobby areas while promoting the ESA brand.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and audit functions.
• Comply with safety rules, procedures, and prepare routine reports and correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment per company guidelines.
• Process reservations and cancellations, maintain front desk paperwork, and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Promote the ESA brand, provide excellent service, and resolve guest issues with Make it Right.
