Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services through in-person and call interactions. You will represent the brand, support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, and focus on service and retail sales, guest loyalty, and store events.

The role emphasizes delivering a 360° guest experience, building relationships, and driving business with strong product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in-store and over the phone.
• Promote Ulta Beauty services and products to guests.
• Manage bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Support service providers with scheduling, rebooking, and guest acquisition.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Attend trainings and contribute to a positive guest experience.
