Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours.
• Log and deliver packages and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Balance and prepare shift-related paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages and promotions.
• Assist guests with safe deposit boxes.
