Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Agent at our Daytona Beach property to greet guests, process check-ins, and ensure an exceptional stay. You will input guest data, confirm room rates, and assist with local information to enhance guest experiences.

We prize proactive service, accuracy with accounts, and calm handling of inquiries in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Prior hospitality experience and a high school diploma strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, sincere welcome and provide prompt service.
• Complete registration by inputting information, confirm guests and room rate.
• Balance house bank, post charges, and handle payments and vouchers.
• Answer telephone calls in clear English and relay messages accurately.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve issues per guidelines.
• Field guest complaints and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
