Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them with a friendly, clear tone.
• Input guest details, assign rooms, and code keys.
• Process payments, balance house banks, and post charges.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain neat, safe front desk area.
• Assist other front desk staff as needed.
