Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Agent at the Daytona Beach property to greet guests, complete registrations, process payments, and ensure a seamless stay. The role requires friendly hospitality, accurate computer input, and timely responses to guest inquiries.

You will support guest services during 24/7 operations, handle requests, and assist with problem resolution while maintaining a welcoming environment and adhering to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to input information into a computer system accurately.
• Effective English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Complete registration and process payments with accuracy.
• Post charges to guest accounts and balance cash drawer.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages to guests.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues per policy.
• Maintain neat, professional front desk area and assist other staff as needed.
