Driftwood Hospitality Management in Daytona Beach is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent for a part-time schedule. Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work; post and balance charges; assist in registering guests and answering inquiries.

The role requires accurate cash handling, nightly close, and readiness to support other departments. Fast learner, friendly demeanor, and basic computer skills are essential to ensure smooth check-ins and seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable.
• Ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Ability to handle guest/employee concerns in a friendly manner.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Proficient English communication.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work.
• Post and balance charges and settlements.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and audit outputs.
• Register guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with front desk and outlets for daily close.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next day operations.
