Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and provide information on rooms and amenities. You will assist with upselling, maintain accurate payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must speak/read/write English and communicate with guests and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain professional dress and conduct at all times.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide information about rooms, rates and hotel amenities.
• Upsell services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle payments, verify IDs and perform cash handling per procedures.
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
