Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston - Cambridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, and provide attentive service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will register guests, process payments, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and bell staff to ensure smooth check-in/out experiences. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with their needs immediately.
• Register guests and assign rooms to arrivals.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations and compute bills.
• Transmit and receive messages using the phone or PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Secure guests' valuables in the hotel safe if not available in rooms.
• Balance accounts and conduct routine audits as part of bookkeeping.
• Support breakfast service or assist guests with luggage during peak times.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform duties as requested by management.
