Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Boston, MA to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and provide outstanding guest service. You will handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries while maintaining accurate records in the hotel’s front office system.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying payment methods, posting charges, and coordinating with housekeeping. Flexible shifts possible, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Post charges for rooms, food, and services.
• Review accounts with guests during checkout and handle payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
• Make and confirm reservations and answer service inquiries.
