Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and over the phone.
• Support the services team by answering salon calls, booking appointments, and managing guest records.
• Drive retail and service sales and guest loyalty through exceptional service.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and compliance with procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, events, and in-store promotions.
• Collaborate with managers and stylists to enhance the guest experience.
