Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services through phone and in-person interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager with service and retail goals, guest relationships, and store operations.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and emphasizes exceptional guest service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas and offering friendly, prompt service.
• C urteously handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team by answering salon phone calls, managing bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Inform guests of promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
