Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon and in-store services, and support theExperience Manager and Assistant Services Manager. You will drive retail and service sales while ensuring an exceptional guest experience across salon and salesfloors.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, handling guest records, and promoting promotions. The role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to drive retail and service sales through guest interactions.
• Provides exceptional guest service in-store, over the phone, and during events.
• Builds and maintains relationships with guests to promote loyalty and repeat visits.
• Communicates products, services, and promotions knowledgeably and professionally.
• Troubleshoots guest questions and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Works independently and collaborates with the team to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Assist with service bookings and guest records, managing flow and appointments.
• Inform guests of current promotions and events, inviting trials of services.
• Support service providers with daily scheduling, rebooking, and guest acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and state guidelines during services.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to a positive team environment.
