Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and over the phone
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Manage service bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow
• Suggest add-on services and inform guests of promotions and events
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
• Collaborate with managers, stylists, and skin therapists to deliver a 360° guest experience
