Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator in Bellevue, WA to engage with guests and promote salon services through in-person and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistants by focusing on performance, people, and process to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong customer service, and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with basic technology (POS, tablets).

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding guest service in salon and salesfloor.
• Assist in booking appointments and managing the services calendar.
• Promote promotions and events to guests and upsell services.
• Collaborate with store team to grow the guest experience.
