Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services in-store and over the phone. You will support the Experience Manager and contribute to service and retail goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Answer salon phone calls, manage bookings, and assist with guest records and flow.
• Inform guests about current promotions and services and invite them to try new offerings.
• Support service providers with scheduling pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
