Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and over the phone.
• Support the Experience Manager and Services team with bookings and guest records.
• Deliver exceptional service, address guest concerns, and handle exchanges.
• Promote current promotions and events to drive service and retail sales.
• Maintain store, salon, and booking system accuracy and cleanliness.
• Adapt to flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
