Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services through in-person and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and ensure a seamless guest experience, drive service bookings, and contribute to retail and service sales goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a customer-first mindset, basic tech skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment, including flexible scheduling and weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon and salesfloor.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Manage service bookings, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Promote promotions and events to guests.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
