Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–12 months in a guest relations role.
• Excellent computer and cash handling skills; sociable and guest-focused.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Communicate hotel services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and handle room reservations.
• Provide quotes, upsell, and collect payments.
• Verify registrations and rate/market segment accuracy.
• Pre-register, block reservations, and manage same-day/future bookings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk; handle phone inquiries.
