You will help manage front desk operations, train agents, and collaborate with housekeeping and engineering to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer and cash handling skills.

• Experience with front desk operations and reservations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk functions including duties of Guest Service Aide, PBX Operator, Guest Service Agent, Reservationists, and related roles.
• Train new Guest Service Agents and ensure consistent service standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance requests and with Housekeeping regarding guest rooms and requests.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, time cards, and disciplinary/documentation processes.
• Handle special requests, group blocks, and unusual circumstances to ensure guest satisfaction.
