Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in before arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and assist guests as needed.
• Count issued bank at beginning and end of shift, ensuring proper cash handling.
