Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and process payments per policy. You will maintain a clean lobby, assist guests with requests, and promote ESA’s service culture.

Responsibilities include reservations processing, daily front desk paperwork, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should have strong English communication and basic math skills, with prior front desk experience a plus.”

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members
• Experience with reservations, check-in/out, and payment processing is preferred

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and collect payment per company procedures
• Answer phones and assist guests with requests using Make it Right principles
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures accurately
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest common spaces in clean, organized condition
• Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures and company policies
