Job summary

The NOW Massage is seeking an Experience Guide to ensure outstanding guest experiences, assist with services and products, book appointments, promote memberships, and handle payments at the boutique. You will greet guests, support daily operations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

This role emphasizes selling enhancements, maintaining clean spaces, and collaborating with leadership to deliver best-in-class service across our boutique network.

Qualifications

• Sales and service-related experience preferred.
• Efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm and excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication and active listening; SME for The NOW
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Team player.
• Must be on your feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Drive enhancements, memberships, and gift card sales by educating guests about our services and offerings.
• Accurately book, edit, and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close the boutique daily according to SOP.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Maintain guest areas to standard.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure best practices and foster innovation.
• Clean all areas of boutique; disinfect massage tools; daily cleaning; laundry throughout the day.
