Job summary

The NOW Massage is seeking an Experience Guide to elevate guest experiences at our Charlotte boutique. You will greet guests, assist with services and products, book appointments, and actively promote memberships and enhancements while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest service skills, a friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to educate guests about our offerings.

Qualifications

• Sales and service-related experience preferred.
• Efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Strong communication including listening, empathy, and expertise for The NOW offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Drive enhancements, memberships, and gift cards through education of services and retail offerings.
• Book, edit, and cancel massage appointments accurately.
• Open/close the boutique according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain guest areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to share best practices and foster innovation.
