Job summary

The NOW Massage is seeking an Experience Guide to greet guests, tailor their massage experiences, and promote memberships in a boutique setting. You will drive service and product sales while ensuring a smooth, welcoming guest journey from check-in to checkout.

You will handle bookings, educate guests on offerings, and maintain a pristine reception area, collaborating with leadership to uphold The NOW brand truths and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Sales and service-related experience required.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication skills including listening and empathy.
• Friendly and outgoing personality; able to connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide top level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check-in guests.
• Actively drive membership, enhancement and gift card sales.
• Educate guests about services, memberships and retail offerings.
• Accurately book, edit and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close boutique daily according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain clean guest areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support a healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to share best practices and foster innovation.
