The NOW Greenwood Village is seeking an Experience Guide to enhance the guest experience, promote memberships and services, and manage reception duties in our boutique. Qualifications

• Sales and service experience preferred.
• Efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm with excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to act as subject matter expert for The NOW.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with ability to work with people.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Drive enhancements, memberships, and gift card sales by educating guests about services, memberships, and retail.
• Book, edit, and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close the boutique daily according to standard procedures.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain clean guest areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure best practices and foster innovation.
• Clean all areas of the boutique, disinfect tools, daily cleaning, and laundry duties.
