• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Drive sales of enhancements, memberships, and gift cards by educating guests about services and retail offerings.
• Book, edit, and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close the boutique daily according to procedures.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Maintain guest areas to standard.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy, happy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure best practices and innovation.
