Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. This role supports the Store Manager and may work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to ensure exceptional guest service.

You will handle Shake/malt prep, ice cream products, POS and gas transactions, stock shelves and freezers, and uphold safety and policy compliance. This position requires physical effort and flexibility with shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare DipSide items and frozen desserts.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console with accurate transactions.
• Stock merchandise and ensure displays and dip cabinets are presentable.
• Maintain store safety, security, and proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist with maintenance and temperature monitoring of equipment.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned.
